Demartino Law seeks a Senior Consultant to lead IT governance and organizational transformation. You will diagnose governance structures, map roles and interfaces, and design target operating models aligned with digital transformation.

You will interview stakeholders, build RACIs and skills matrices, and present actionable roadmaps to senior management. A Bac+5 Master’s in information systems or related field is required; ITIL/COBIT knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IT governance, IT department organization, IT auditing, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in organizational diagnosis methodologies, process mapping, and maturity analysis.
• Ability to produce RACI matrices, skills analyses, and operational recommendations.
• Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27005 frameworks and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and interact with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct a diagnostic assessment of the IT organization and its governance methods.
• Conduct interviews with IT, business, and service provider stakeholders.
• Map roles, responsibilities, processes, bodies, and arbitration channels.
• Analyze staffing levels, workload, skills, and dependency risks.
• Identify gaps between the current situation and target needs.
• Propose target organization scenarios and an operational action plan.
• Prepare presentation materials and support management decision-making.
