DATA4 is seeking a Project Cost Controller to manage budgets, monitor variances, and forecast expenditures across data center projects. You will collaborate with the CAPEX control team to ensure end-to-end Capex management from budget to payment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost control, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools. Fluency in English and SOX knowledge are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project cost control, financial analysis, or project management, preferably in data center or construction projects.
• Proficient in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• SOX knowledge and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Cost Tracking and Analysis: Implement cost control procedures and analyze data.
• Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and present findings to management.
• Change Management: Evaluate and process change orders and funding requests.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure policy and regulation compliance and implement cost control best practices.
• Forecasting: Develop cost forecasting models and analyze historical data.
