Job summary

DIM Brands International (DBI) invites a seasoned Supply Chain IT Director to join the headquarter in Rueil-Malmaison. You will steer an integrated supply chain IT landscape from demand forecasting to delivery, leading a portfolio of multi-site projects across Europe.

You will define roadmaps for ERP/APS/WMS/TMS/MES/EDI, manage vendors, and ensure continuity during transformations while promoting Lean practices and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading supply chain projects and programs.
• Experience heading multi-site, multi-country programs.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution, ideally textiles or consumer goods.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SCM: forecasting, S&OP, PDP, MPS, DRP, procurement, warehousing, transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3-year roadmap for supply chain and industrial systems with Group management.
• Define target application architecture: ERP, planning, WMS, TMS, MES, EDI, master data.
• Converge brand- and country-specific solutions toward Group core models.
• Lead forecasting and planning tools implementation and S&OP support.
• Oversee factory production planning and monitoring systems.
• Lead warehouse management system replacement and integration with automation.
• Manage multiple projects with governance, budgets, risks, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure maintenance of existing SC applications until replacement and promote Lean practices.
• Lead country application managers and project managers; drive change adoption.
