DIM Brands International (DBI) in the greater Paris area seeks a Lean / Continuous Improvement Manager to drive transformation at its HQ in Rueil-Malmaison. You will lead CI initiatives and embed Lean thinking across the business.

Based in DBI Headquarter, you will develop improvement roadmaps, coach teams, and ensure sustainable performance gains. Strong leadership and change-management capabilities are essential.

Formación

• Experience applying Lean/CI in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach others.
• Strong change-management and communication skills.
