The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks a senior IT manager to lead the Corporate Systems Unit. You will set strategy for corporate applications, oversee major SAP and ServiceNow initiatives, manage budgets and contracts, and coordinate with multiple directorates to ensure reliable, secure IT services in a complex international setting.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will drive day-to-day operations, people management, and multiannual budgeting while advising on

• Advanced degree in IT or related field; strong governance experience.
• Experience leading corporate systems in international or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery plans.
• Knowledge of SAP environments and enterprise platforms.
