Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks a Head of Corporate Systems in Paris to lead the SAP and enterprise systems portfolio. You will shape strategy, manage a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with executive leadership on technology roadmaps and major transformations.

Responsibilities include overseeing SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ServiceNow and archiving solutions, ensuring governance, risk management and cost control while driving efficiency and alignment with

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in information technology or related field and at least 8 years of experience in corporate applications or complex IT environments.
• Experience in an international organisation or regulated financial environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project delivery and governance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Corporate Systems Unit and define the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee systems supporting Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Purchasing, HR, IT service management and communications.
• Manage multi-year budget, procurement, supplier relationships and contracts.
• Ensure governance, security, data protection and audit compliance across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver complex transformations.
