Mirova, a Paris-based asset manager and Natixis affiliate, seeks a Senior Investor Relations and RFP Manager to lead Private Assets’ investor relations and support capital raising with institutional clients. You will articulate strategies, risk management, and ESG frameworks to a diversified global investor base.

The role offers hybrid work from Paris and opportunities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive fundraising success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations (institutional clients) or related fundraising roles.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Ability to structure and simplify complex financial and ESG information.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior IR partner for Private Assets and interact with institutional investors.
• Translate investment strategies and risk management into clear messages for investors.
• Lead and coordinate preparation of fundraising documents, DDQs and RFP responses.
• Develop relationships with institutional investors, consultants and distribution partners.
