Key Responsibilities

• Design and build performant, reliable, and user‑centric iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape the mobile experience end‑to‑end.
• Champion quality by writing tests, improving automation, and participating in code reviews.
• Stay up‑to‑date with iOS development ecosystem trends, including AI‑powered developer tools, and share knowledge with the team to boost productivity and product quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and define best practices for engineering at Aircall.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building, shipping, and maintaining enterprise‑grade iOS apps in Swift.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross‑functional iOS projects from whiteboard to App Store.
• Experience in handling uncertainty by actively seeking information and context, combined with excellent product sense.
• Deep understanding of SwiftUI, Swift Testing, concurrency, memory management and instrumentation with Xcode/LLDB.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English in a distributed, async‑first environment.
• Extensive experience with CallKit and traditional or modern telephony technologies is a major plus, but not required.
