Senior Legal Counsel – Construction Law Paris (Hybrid) – Other locations across France considered

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support French operations as part of a pan-European legal team. Based in France, you’ll be the key legal advisor for all construction-related matters in a rapidly growing market, balancing autonomy with international collaboration.

  • Serve as the legal advisor to French business units on commercial and contractual issues.
  • Lead contract strategy and negotiations including TSA, EPC, and bespoke construction agreements.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in French Law, solid grounding in construction law, and fluency in French and English.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in law firms and in-house roles, especially in construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors, with strong knowledge of contract forms such as FIDIC.
