We are looking for a motivated Senior International Legal Counsel to support IDEMIA business segments of the IDEMIA Smart Identity (ISI) Division. You will develop a strong role as a business partner within the Division’s key players (notably Sales Manager, Bid Manager, Finance, Program Manager,…).
The position can be based at IDEMIA's headquarters in Paris- La Défense, France.
Your mission will be to provide qualified legal and contractual support to the ISI business, and thereby contribute to achieving ISI targets and business growth, profitability and risk control, to protect investment in technology, know-how and marketing, to ensure handling of information of ISI and others with the proper degree of care, and to support the ISI team in securing compliance in operations with relevant local and international regulations in the field of data privacy, ethics and compliance or antitrust.
Working in an international environment, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
