Our Values

If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

You’re an experienced benefits professional who thrives at the intersection of operational execution and strategic program building. You know EMEA benefits landscapes inside and out — the regulatory nuances, the broker ecosystems, the carrier dynamics — and you're equally energized by the challenge of building scalable processes and programs from scratch.

You’ll join as a key member of the International Benefits team, initially owning EMEA benefits operations end-to-end while progressively taking on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain — you'll have the opportunity to shape how Justworks delivers benefits across a rapidly expanding international footprint.

Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
  • EMEA Benefits Operations: Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets — procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. You'll be the regional expert ensuring our benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and locally relevant. 40%
  • Country Launches: Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue) to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. With 12 new countries planned in FY27, you'll be directly involved in ensuring every launch includes a strong benefits component from day one. 30%
  • Broker & Carrier Relationships: Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA. Negotiate terms, evaluate plan options, and ensure we're getting the best value for our clients and their employees. 15%
  • Data & Reporting: Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets. Use insights to inform plan design decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on the health of the benefits portfolio.
  • Program Management (evolving): As the function matures, take on increasing ownership of the benefits program operating cadence — cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, stakeholder reporting, and process design. Help build the "operating system" for how Justworks manages international benefits at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure benefits decisions are integrated into the broader international strategy. Serve as the benefits voice in country expansion planning and client-facing discussions. 15%
How You Will Do Your Work

In addition, all Justworkers focus on aligning their behaviors to our core values known as COGIS. It stands for:

  • Camaraderie - Day to day, you can be seen working together toward a higher purpose. You like to have fun. You’re an active listener, treat people respectfully, and have a strong desire to know and help others.
  • Openness - Your default is to be open. You're willing to share information, understand other perspectives, and consider new possibilities. You’re curious, ask open questions, and are receptive to thoughts and feedback from others.
  • Grit - You demonstrate grit by having the courage to commit and persevere. You’re committed earnest, and dive in to get the job done well with a positive attitude.
  • Integrity - Simply put, do what you say and say what you'll do. You’re honest and forthright, have a strong moral compass, and strive to match your words with your actions while leading by example.
  • Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

Skills:
