Staycation, une entreprise innovante dans l'hospitalité, cherche un International Account Manager pour développer ses partenariats hôteliers en Europe. Ce rôle clé nécessite une solide expérience en gestion et des compétences commerciales avérées. Vous aurez l'opportunité de jouer un rôle stratégique dans l'expansion internationale de Staycation, en collaborant étroitement avec les fondateurs pour façonner sa présence dans de nouveaux marchés.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement en technologie, SaaS, ou environnement de marché.
  • 1 an d'expérience en position de management.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais; une troisième langue européenne est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer un portefeuille d'hôtels partenaires à travers les marchés européens.
  • Aligner les hôtels avec nos standards et co-construire des expériences de haute valeur.
  • Agir en tant qu'ambassadeur de terrain pour notre projet et recueillir des insights stratégiques.

Staycation was born from this realization, with one goal: to make hotels the new go-to city spots, just like the classic trio of cinema, exhibitions, and restaurants.

Today, Staycation means:

  • 3.5 million users (with an average age of 30)
  • 2,000+ partner hotels (4-5 stars and luxury destinations)
  • Experiences rated an average of 9.3/10 by our users

The Role

Staycation is accelerating its international expansion with the goal of reaching 250+ active hotel partners across key European cities by the end of 2025.

After successfully building a team of 10 Account Managers to support over 2,000 hotel partners in France, we're now looking for our first International Account Manager to kick off and grow our hotel partnerships in Europe.

We’re looking for an intermediate to senior profile who’s ready to be hands-on and lay the groundwork before stepping up to lead our International Account Management team as we scale.

You'll report directly to our Account Manager Lead and work closely with one of our co-founders to shape Staycation’s presence abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a portfolio of partner hotels across European markets, boosting performance through strategic guidance and commercial negotiations
  • Align them with our standards and co-build high-value experiences for our users
  • Act as a field ambassador championing our project on the ground and gathering strategic insights to inform our local strategy

Location

This position is based in Paris, 20th district with a hybrid work setup.

Must-Haves

  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management position
  • Fluency in French and English (a third European language is a strong plus).
  • Strong commercial instincts: you’re a great listener and a natural at convincing.
  • A relationship-builder mindset: you earn trust quickly and act as a true ambassador.
  • Resilience and a solution-oriented mindset: you stay committed through challenges.
  • Strong execution skills: you structure, document, and stay on top of your pipeline.
  • A hands-on attitude: you thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience launching or scaling operations in new markets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Hubspot or Salesforce)
