Alan is building a new standard in prevention and care across France. As Senior Internal Auditor, you will join the Corporate team to reinvent internal audit, work autonomously on end-to-end audits across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security, and contribute to the governance of risk and controls.

You will lead multiple audits in your first year, drive automation initiatives, and partner with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience across operational, compliance, and financial audits.
• Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains.
• Fluent in both French and English; comfortable across geographies and governing bodies.
• Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry; understands how the business works, not just regulation.
• Sharp legal and regulatory instincts; able to translate frameworks into actionable findings.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; comfortable with SQL and AI tools.
• A builder at heart; eager to shape something differentiated, not a conventional audit path.
• Written-first; structured and precise, aligned with async communication culture.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security—from scoping to Audit Committee reporting.
• Own and drive closure of a meaningful share of our open recommendation backlog (15 to 20 open items).
• Represent the Internal Audit function at Audit Committee level when needed.
• Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the function and broader Corporate community.
• Act as a genuine business partner and challenger—working with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations.
