The Training & Content team ensures our customer service agents are continuously updated with the right information and skills. Our content includes over 5,000 pieces in 5-17 languages. We seek an experienced instructional designer to enhance our customer service training, focusing on:

  1. Designing and delivering high-quality educational content for customer service agents.
  2. Managing our digital content platform and ensuring training accessibility for our partners.
  3. Tracking learning metrics and proposing new training initiatives based on data.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT)

  • Manage our LMS platform, keeping training content relevant and up-to-date.
  • Lead the development and delivery of our Train-the-Trainer program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs, and external partners to create effective training programs.
  • Design engaging training using our authoring tool & video (Evolve) and publish via LMS (360 Learning).
  • Identify KPIs to measure training impact and comprehension.
  • Facilitate live and recorded training sessions; some international travel may be required.

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF YOU:

  • Have completed studies in instructional design or L&D, or possess equivalent experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of UX/UI and learning design concepts.
  • Have 5-6 years of LMS experience, preferably with 360 Learning.
  • Have experience designing engaging e-learning with professional authoring tools (Intellum Evolve is a plus).
  • Experience as a trainer in a customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Are collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, German, or Japanese are a plus.
