Stellar is seeking an Infrastructure & Network Engineer to own operation, security, and observability of corporate and on-site IT infrastructure. You will manage network, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, virtualization, storage, backups, and cloud identity services with a strong emphasis on security and reliability.

The role requires hands-on technical ownership, independent assessment, and proactive remediation planning in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on infrastructure and network engineering in a high-growth company or startup.
• Strong command of networking including switching, VLANs, routing, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with virtualization and NAS/storage.
• Security risk assessment and remediation experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, secure, monitor and improve Stellar's infrastructure across network, Wi‑Fi, and firewalls.
• Manage virtualization hosts, storage, backups, and restore procedures.
• Design and implement monitoring with Zabbix, Grafana and Elastic Stack.
• Perform security assessments and remediation plans.
• Handle incidents and requests through the ticketing system and document procedures.
• Produce monthly activity reports and maintain network diagrams.
