Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, gestion de projet ou position technique.
• Compétences solides en communication en anglais, idéalement en français.
• Connaissance de l'industrie du gaz naturel et des nouvelles énergies.

Responsabilités

• Préparer des propositions techniques et commerciales selon les délais et le budget.
• Analyser des documents d'appel d'offres et assister aux réunions Bid/No Bid.
• Organiser des réunions de feedback sur les propositions sélectionnées.

Proposal Manager

Position

You will report directly to the Director of Proposals within the Proposal team and work closely with the business development team, including the Commercial Director and Senior Business Developers, as well as collaborate with the technical/engineering departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects within the allocated time and budget, aligning with the strategy defined with the Commercial department.
• Assist the Director of Proposals in implementing new tools, updating, or creating procedures necessary for the proposal department's smooth operation.
• Analyze tender documents and attend Bid/No Bid meetings.
• Apply current procedures for preparing proposals.
• Organize proposal review meetings.
• Participate in technical and commercial negotiations.
• Organize and participate in handover meetings with the project manager for project execution.
• Participate in feedback meetings (REX) on selected proposals.
