Ferrero International S.A. seeks an experienced Senior Industrial Controller to partner with the local management team. You will drive financial planning, performance analysis, industrial cost control, investment evaluation, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Controlling, including some in an industrial environment.
• Collaborative, problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Leadership and communication capabilities.
• Ability to be exposed and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of ERP and reporting systems (SAP FI/CO, Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, Power BI) is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive financial planning, performance analysis, industrial cost control, investment evaluation, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
• Monitor KPI-driven analysis of industrial costs, operational efficiency and spending; drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Strengthen financial governance across the site including inventory, stock, scrap and rework management.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities, analyze results and deliver accurate reporting and management presentations.
• Support strategic decision-making through investment appraisals and financial analyses.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools and databases (SAP S/4HANA, Essbase, Oracle, Power BI).
