Citi in Paris is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Analyst to support clients in raising funds and to provide strategic advisory for mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team.

As a junior member of the Investment Banking team, you will help organize and analyze sophisticated financial data, prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and exhibits for pitches and live deals, and conduct economic research.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Work with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking te/am
• Responsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
