TotalEnergies OneTech, located at PAU-CSTJF(FRA), seeks a senior HVAC engineer to lead design bases, review contractor solutions, and drive low‑carbon HVAC initiatives across large industrial projects. You will support operations, audits, and R&D programs while coordinating with global teams.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, safety, and collaboration in an international environment, with opportunities to contribute to offshore and onshore energy projects within a multi‑site group.

Qualifications

• Approximately 15 years of HVAC experience in the industrial sector, ideally related to Oil & Gas offshore or FPSO.
• Background covering design engineering, construction follow‑up, commissioning, and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience integrating HVAC systems on marine installations is an asset.
• Familiarity with project phases from concept to operations and knowledge of energy transition challenges.

Responsabilités

• Work across all project stages: feasibility, FEED, execution, construction, and handover.
• Define design bases and draft technical specifications for HVAC systems.
• Review contractor and vendor solutions, identify optimizations and non‑conformities.
• Provide operations support, maintenance, life extension, and retrofit activities.
• Audit detailed engineering, construction, inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Promote low‑carbon HVAC solutions and contribute to R&D in wind and carbon capture.
