Position Summary:We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our logistics operations in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local logistics or transportation, with a deep understanding of French labor law and HR practices. As an HRBP, you will work closely with logistics leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, drive talent management efforts, and support workforce development across our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with logistics leadership in France to align HR strategies with business and operational priorities.
  • Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development within the logistics teams.
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to address key skill gaps and attract top operational talent.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by supporting training initiatives, leadership coaching, and team development.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with French employment law, internal policies, and relevant labor agreements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven HRBP or senior HR experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain sector in France.
  • Strong understanding of French labor law, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Track record of building strong relationships with operational leaders and delivering HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with talent development and strategic recruitment for logistics functions.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
