Description du poste

As Senior HR Operations Manager your main task will be to ensure the operational excellence of HR processes and guarantee optimum administrative management for all employees in all the countries in which we operate.

As Senior HR Operations Manager your time will be divided into :

Supervise and coordinate personnel administration in all countries

Manage relations with the various local payroll service providers

Ensure that processes comply with local legislation

Monitor payroll variables and ensure deadlines are met

Manage social security declarations and relations with social security bodies

Administering and optimising the use of HR tools (SmartRecruiters 360Learning 365 App)

Participating in the continuous improvement of processes through digitisation

Maintaining and updating HR data

Train and support users of HR tools

Process & Reporting - 20%

Standardise and document HR processes

Produce monthly HR reports

Monitor HR KPIs and create dashboards

Manage the CCT90 in Belgium and participate in future agreement projects

Qualifications : Key Qualifications

Experience

5 years experience in HR Operationsin an international / matrix context

Hard Skills

Fluent in English & French or Dutch

Expertise in multi-country payroll and international employment law

Advanced mastery of digital HR tools

Soft Skills

Rigour and operational excellence

Ability to work in a multi-country environment

Service and solution orientated

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Mastery of data confidentiality

Conditions of employment

Position based in Paris Brussels or Amsterdam

Salary package

Fixed : 50-55K

Variable : 10% of salary
