Catalent in Limoges is a European center of excellence for the development of clinical biological formulations and the production of injectable drugs. The facility specializes in filling and finishing vials, syringes, and cartridges. With over 40 years of experience, the site provides vital injectable drugs and offers integrated clinical development and pharmaceutical manufacturing services.

This role is located in Limoges, at a site with 202 employees.

The Role
  • Represent the company's general management in its external environment (Labor Inspection, health insurer, URSSAF, universities/schools, training providers, etc.)
  • Participate in defining and implementing the site's policy and strategic directions
Your Responsibilities:
Employment Management:
  • Establish a recruitment and internal mobility policy and ensure staff recruitment
  • Monitor workforce and their adaptation to needs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of contracts and work amendments
Legal and Social Management of the Site:
  • Lead the site's employee representation bodies in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Initiate and conduct meetings with union representatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal social obligations
  • Coordinate disciplinary procedures and ensure their legal handling if necessary
Performance and Skills Development:
  • In connection with the group, define, implement, and manage performance and talent management tools (Performance Management Process, Talent review, Succession plan)
Administrative Management and Compensation Policy:
  • Define the compensation policy, within the framework of the company's market positioning, internal equity, and using tools that support motivation, engagement, and staff retention
  • Ensure the payment of salaries and social charges
Organizational Development:
  • Support organizational changes by providing a vision and coherence at the site and group level and propose new organizations to optimize the use of internal resources
  • Support managers in change management
Internal Communication:
  • Liaise with the group for the dissemination of information concerning the site
Team Management (2 people: 1 generalist, 1 payroll):
  • Manage the local HR team by ensuring priority management and defining clear objectives for team members
The Candidate
  • Degree in human resources, business management
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 8 to 10 years
  • Significant HR leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of making informed decisions and managing resources effectively
  • Highly experienced in employee relations management, union representatives, and external stakeholders
