Catalent in Limoges is a European center of excellence for the development of clinical biological formulations and the production of injectable drugs. The facility specializes in filling and finishing vials, syringes, and cartridges. With over 40 years of experience, the site provides vital injectable drugs and offers integrated clinical development and pharmaceutical manufacturing services.

This is more than an HR role — it's a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) position with high visibility and impact. You’ll be a strategic partner to corporate HR, a trusted advisor to site leadership, and a key player in managing change, culture, and compliance during an exciting time of transformation.

Why This Role Stands Out
As a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a central role in shaping the overall strategy and performance of the Limoges site. This position offers the opportunity to bridge local operations with global initiatives by working closely with corporate HR teams to implement new processes, standards, and policies. You will be a key driver of transformation, supporting major projects, as well as contributing to the evolution of training programs and optimization of HR processes.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with leaders across departments, providing guidance and influence in complex, people-centric situations. Additionally, your strong expertise in union relations will be essential, as you act as the primary point of contact for social dialogue and collective negotiations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior HR leader for the Limoges site, overseeing all HR operations and initiatives
  • Partner with corporate HR to implement global processes and ensure alignment with company-wide standards
  • Lead local employee relations, manage union interactions, and ensure legal compliance
  • Support managers and the SLT on strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
  • Represent HR in internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement across all HR functions
  • Manage the local training strategy, particularly within the scope of the Phoenix transformation project

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Significant HR leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience working with unions and handling collective labor matters
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and social dialogue best practices
  • Comfort working with corporate HR teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and ability to operate at senior leadership level
  • Familiarity with GMP environments is a plus
