Geely Auto International - Europe Business Unit in Paris is expanding its European Talent Acquisition team. We are hiring multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists based in Paris to support recruitment across the base market and other European markets as needed.

You will contribute to Geely and Zeekr multi-brand talent strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment, and may travel within Europe for short-term assignments. This on-site role requires five days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in recruitment, Talent Acquisition, executive search or HR.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Fluent English as a working language.
• Strong communication, adaptability, learning agility and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Willingness to travel within Europe, with trips up to 2–3 weeks.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.
• Legal right to work in the selected base country.

About The Role

As our European business continues to grow, we are hiring multiple Talent Acquisition Specialists. Successful candidates will be permanently based in Paris, primarily supporting recruitment in their base market while also supporting other European markets when needed. The role supports Geely’s multi-brand operations in Europe, including Geely and Zeekr, and may require short-term business travel within Europe.

• Willingness to travel within Europe, with some trips potentially lasting up to approximately 2-3 weeks;
• Ability to work on-site five days per week;
• Legal right to work in the selected base country.

Preferred

• French language capability;
• Chinese language capability;
• Cross-border European recruitment experience;
• Experience in automotive, technology, mobility or other international industries;
• Direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
