Coty seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for its Chartres Factory, a key role in the Leadership Team. Chartres plant is the luxury fragrance site of Coty, located an hour from Paris in the heart of Cosmetic Valley. It is a hub for developing, industrializing, and producing luxury fragrances. The plant produces 65 million units annually and is on a growth journey with the goal to make “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” a reality and a source of pride.
Coty seeks a talented individual to join the Chartres plant Leadership Team, reporting directly to the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France and operationally to the Site General Manager.
As Senior HR Business Partner, your responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, implementing and improving HR processes and systems, developing talent and organizational capabilities, and maintaining positive employee relations within a culture of continuous improvement.
You should be a hands-on leader eager to contribute to daily challenges and help realize the site strategy “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence.”

Successful candidates will have solid HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
