Chartres plant is the luxury fragrance site of Coty, located an hour from Paris in the heart of Cosmetic Valley. It is a hub for developing, industrializing, and producing luxury fragrances. The plant produces 65 million units annually and is on a growth journey with the goal to make “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” a reality and a source of pride.

Role

Coty seeks a talented individual to join the Chartres plant Leadership Team, reporting directly to the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France and operationally to the Site General Manager.

As Senior HR Business Partner, your responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, implementing and improving HR processes and systems, developing talent and organizational capabilities, and maintaining positive employee relations within a culture of continuous improvement.

You should be a hands-on leader eager to contribute to daily challenges and help realize the site strategy “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence.”

This role offers the chance to impact a broad range of business activities and contribute positively to the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Guarantee legal compliance and efficiently implement Coty HR systems, policies, and processes.
  • Manage daily HR operations at the site.
  • Implement compensation policies and monitor benefits, including health and life insurance programs.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE standards and actively promote HSE programs.
  • Deploy Coty HR programs in collaboration with plant leadership and liaise with labor authorities and occupational health services.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and operational HR best practices to the site leadership and managers.
  • Develop a talented organization aligned with annual objectives and future growth, with support from the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France.
  • Ensure training and development plans support plant objectives and offer employees attractive, diverse career opportunities within the plant or Coty.
  • Maintain open, mature, and positive relations with the work council and foster a healthy social climate.

  • Knowledge of labor law and negotiation skills with unions.
  • Ability to lead HR process improvements and manage change.
