YOUR ROLE
As the HR Business Partner for our French Adhesive team (around 400 people), reporting directly to the HR Director for the BeNeFrance cluster, your responsibilities include:
- Managing the full local HR scope for the Adhesives teams in France, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Organizational Development initiatives, solutions, and processes.
- Providing consultancy and coaching as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people topics such as performance, disciplinary issues, development plans, succession planning, and grievance cases, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local legislation.
- Collaborating with local Centers of Expertise to manage Talent Acquisition, support compensation and benefits matters, and contribute to cultural transformation and DEI initiatives for all Adhesives employees.
- Working with local, regional, and global business and HR counterparts, coordinating change management projects and communication.
- Managing a team consisting of 1 HRBP (dedicated to 2 plants) and 1 HR Assistant (apprentice).
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably as a Business Partner in an international environment.
- Deep knowledge of local employment laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening to handle high-level and global stakeholders.
- Experience in multidisciplinary project management and change management.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and enhancing employee experience.
