Job summary

Bull R&D Software HPC and AI is seeking an HPC Software Architect to shape the technology roadmap for next-generation supercomputing systems. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software stacks, tackling scheduling, parallel computing, and performance profiling for powerful machines.

Qualifications

• Proven HPC experience and compute-stack knowledge.
• Strong scheduling, parallel computing, and perf profiling.
• Familiarity with MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, containers, and workload managers.
• Experience designing large-scale software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect HPC workloads including schedulers and parallel frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate into product roadmaps.
• Conduct technology watch in HPC and AI to gain competitive edge.
• Propose architectures that improve performance, scalability and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Partner with delivery teams to address deployment challenges based on real-world usage.
• Work with R&D to implement proposed solutions and ensure alignment with capabilities.
• Mentor engineering teams and communicate architectural decisions clearly.
