Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Merchandising or equivalent.
• Significant experience in merchandising or retail merchandising, luxury industry preferred.
• Experience in team management or people development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; manage deadlines and international coordination.
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; BI/reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers, coordinating priorities.
• Analyze weekly global sales by region and collection.

• Coordinate pre-debrief and debrief analyses for management.
• Manage 360 launch approach and launch packs for new lines.
