FedEx is seeking a Senior Fleet Maintenance Planning & Engineering Specialist to coordinate lifecycle and maintenance across multiple countries, ensuring high equipment availability and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement through data analytics, Lean/Six Sigma approaches, and project leadership, including deployment of new technology like GPS and Telematics.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, mechanical and electrical engineering background, ideally on GSE.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Maintenance, Industrial or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience managing large fleets in highly regulated industries.
• Experience implementing and optimizing maintenance programs.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Proven track record in reliability improvement and failure analysis.
• Experience leading technical or engineering projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate GSE lifecycle and maintenance across multiple countries to ensure equipment availability.
• Review OEM recommendations and incorporate best practices into maintenance programs.
• Develop maintenance plans, work packages, resources, and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional maintenance and engineering projects and implement fleet enhancements.
• Analyze maintenance data, develop KPIs and dashboards for decision making.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and inspections.
