For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, remotely from Europe and the US.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will take charge of the strategic planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Your role is to design and implement go-to-market strategies that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention for key products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that campaign messaging, content, distribution, and budgeting align with broader company goals. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to work with diverse teams to achieve measurable marketing outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting key personas and product lines.
  • Drive the execution of global campaigns across multiple marketing channels such as email, paid social, paid search, and sales teams.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track key performance metrics, and align with internal teams on campaign objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee database management and optimization using Hubspot and Salesforce, ensuring effective lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Present monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams and coordinate various marketing efforts to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, able to work across global teams and ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Deep experience with various marketing channels, including events, digital ads, CRM, and social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
