Magellium Artal Group is seeking a Development Engineer for the Ground Segment Imaging – Image Processing Facility. You will implement data processing pipelines for the FLEX mission and collaborate with scientists to optimize workflows, validate results, and prepare technical documentation.

Qualifications

Five+ years of software development experience.
Strong understanding of algorithms.
Passion for space and ground segments experience preferred.
Proficiency in Python for scientific programming required; other languages a plus.
Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD procedures.

Responsabilités

Develop operational processing workflows for ground segment imaging pipelines.
Optimize algorithms to reduce processing time and memory usage.
Implement unit tests and validation procedures.
Support integration of software into mission PDGS and evolving processing chains.
Draft documents and present results within project context.
Contribute to design/architecture of processing chains and technical proposals.
