Job summary

CELINE is a fast-growing French luxury house seeking a senior graphic designer to shape visual communication across all channels.

Reporting to the Image department, you will create designs from briefs to final production files, ensure brand consistency, and support worldwide campaigns across print, outdoor, and in-store media with meticulous attention to detail and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design with 8+ years experience in luxury or agency environment.
• Proactive, creative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international context.
• Master-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; photo retouching software preferred.
• Fluent English and French mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic designs in alignment with provided briefs.
• Prepare creative concepts and ensure visual consistency throughout the project lifecycle, from initial options to final technical file delivery for production.
• Support partners in implementing deliverables to guarantee the highest quality standards
• Provide ongoing support for worldwide campaign rollouts across outdoor, print, and in-store channels: layout proposals, format adaptations, and ensuring consistent application of brand texts and images.
• Ensure strict daily compliance with the Maison’s visual identity codes across all mediums.
• Conduct iconographic research and propose new creative graphic directions.

Reporting directly to the Image department, you will contribute to creative graphic production and actively participate in the Maison's visual communication across all channels.

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS Degree in Graphic Design with strong expertise in graphic and print production. 8 years of minimum professional experience in a similar role within the luxury sector or an agency/brand environment. Proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced international context. Highly meticulous with a strong eye for detail and excellent teamwork skills. Master-level proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); proficiency in photo retouching software is also preferred. Fluent English and French are mandatory.
