CELINE is seeking a proactive Image Research Assistant to support the image team with thorough visual and textual research for upcoming projects. You will help coordinate and prepare high-quality internal presentations for image reviews, and provide hands-on support during photo/video shoots while assisting with logistical needs.

Fluency in English and French, superb organization, and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role within a fast-paced luxury environment.

Job Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Research Assistance: Assist the image team by conducting thorough visual and textual research related to a wide range of topics, ensuring relevance and accuracy for upcoming projects.
• Presentation Coordination: Help coordinate and organize images, supporting the setup and preparation of high-quality internal presentations for comprehensive image reviews.
• Project Support: Be present and provide active support on photo/video shoots, assisting with logistical and practical needs to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-function Collaboration: In addition to supporting creative image team, this role cold provide logistical and administrative support to the Image Project Managers, Object and Environment teams on image-related needs, as applicable.
• Administrative Assistance: Fulfill various requests from the Image Directors, which may include organizing assets, and preparing documentation.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS : Software Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of the following software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Microsoft O Language Fluency: Fully fluent in both English and French (written and spoken) Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for visual detail and consistency. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professional with diverse teams. Adaptability: Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
