Senior General Business Sales Executive - F/M

OBJECTIVES

The General Business Sales Expert role is responsible for the success of HCM license revenue for the Corporate Segment including Partner Driven. Primary responsibilities include demand generation (internal & partner), customer qualifying, providing solution expert knowledge and value propositions to partners and customers to achieve license sales revenue.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Annual Revenue – Deliver HCM quota target for allocated territory
  • Sales execution - territory and account planning sessions with partners to acquire NNN and expand BOM in existing customer base.
  • Ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Customer acumen, establish key partner relationships to drive growth plans.
  • Close and support sales opportunities to achieve targets direct and indirect.
  • Leverage SAP HCM Solutions – Be proficient in expanding BOM with SAP HCM portfolio across all industry and LOB solutions. Supporting the overall AI and Suite First approach
  • Understand best practice sales models.
  • Work effectively with SAP Ecosystem
  • Maintain White Space analysis and execution of initiatives (up sell and cross sell) on customer base.
  • Orchestrate resources to build necessary pipeline for territory, leverage wider experts to succeed.
  • Understand SAP’s competition and effectively position solutions against them.

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in sales/business development of complex business software / IT solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Knowledge of Business AI
  • Demonstrated success with demand generation programs
