Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Game Designer on at least one large-scale game (AA or AAA).
• Proficiency with a major game engine or proprietary engine.
• Ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Strong understanding of 3D open-world development.
• Solid gaming culture and ability to identify relevant references.

Responsabilités

• Define, design, and refine gameplay mechanics through a fast iterative process.
• Regularly prototype and test hands-on to validate ideas and adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with technical, artistic, AI, and leadership teams.
• Present, document, and communicate design intentions.
• Identify gameplay issues and propose concrete solutions.
