Job summary

Apex Group in Mauritius seeks a Manager to lead the Unit’s projects and deliverables, ensuring high quality service and on-time completion. You will oversee resources, monitor timesheets, and provide regular updates to senior management while safeguarding against operational and regulatory risks.

Ideal candidates have a recognized degree, ACCA/ACA or equivalent, 10–12 years in the Global Business Sector, and strong MS Office skills plus excellent written and spoken communications.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree with a recognized institution.
• ACCA or ACA or any other relevant professional studies.
• Demonstrate a client service mindset when servicing the client.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on projects and deliverables.
• Manage operational aspects of unit deliverables and resources.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery within the unit.
• Oversee and review work of unit members.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.
• Identify training needs and communicate to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Mauritius.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery for allocated clients.
