Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of client relationships within our Private Equity Fund Administration team. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant services while building a high-performing team.

This role requires a strong accounting/finance background, fluency in English and French, and experience with private equity fund administration. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in Accounting, Auditing, or Admin of Private Equity/Real Estate Funds.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Review and approve all client deliverables to guarantee quality and accuracy.
• Oversee the setup of new funds, including eFront configuration and Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
• Handle ad hoc client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate internal revenue reporting and delegate work effectively across teams.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and senior management, escalating issues when necessary.
