A leading industrial gas supplier based in Paris is seeking a Workday Support Specialist to manage and enhance Time Tracking and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with Workday configurations and must be fluent in French and English. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of system enhancements.

Maintain and contribute to the development of digital HR management solutions (Workday) to enhance the efficiency of HR and Payroll functions while ensuring a world-class user experience. Strengthen support for Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules across the Asia Pacific region and globally within Air Liquide.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with the shared services team, HRBPs, and payroll providers to ensure accurate configuration of Absence and Time in Workday.
  • Create or modify Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
  • Communicate effectively with Integration teams, Shared Services, HR users, Payroll, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll projects, including requirements analysis, testing, and hypercare, such as Japan's Time Tracking and Absence project for 2025, and Payroll Harmonization for Asian countries in 2025.
  • Ensure timely communication of changes and deliverables according to SLAs.
  • Support integration efforts by providing accurate information.
  • Maintain and update holiday and work schedule calendars for all entities and countries.
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to Time and Absence modules.
  • Propose system enhancements to meet business needs and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Integration and AMS teams to ensure successful outcomes and meet SLAs.
  • Create or update reports and dashboards based on country-specific requirements.
  • Maintain configuration documentation reflecting current Workday setup.
  • Ensure clear communication with stakeholders regarding case management.
  • Monitor Workday releases and coordinate necessary changes.
  • Supervise end-to-end testing for changes.
  • Plan and deliver training, contributing to knowledge base materials.

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of recent experience supporting global Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations.
  • Deep knowledge of Absence and Time Tracking setup and Calculated Fields.
  • Proficiency in building Workday reports and custom fields.
  • Experience with Workday Payroll integrations.
  • Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • People management experience is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
