WeWard is building AI-powered consumer apps in Paris and beyond. We’re seeking our first Senior Fullstack Engineer to craft scalable backend and frontend foundations for a new product initiative led by the founders.

You’ll design architecture, ship MVPs, integrate AI tools, and collaborate with product, design and leadership to deliver delightful experiences while ensuring maintainability for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with backend focus and scalable architectures.
• Experience building AI-powered applications and leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.
• Proficient with Python on the backend, comfortable with AWS, React Native/Expo for cross‑platform apps.
• Strong sense of scalability, ability to assess and evolve tech stacks for growth.
• Fluent in English; pragmatic, business‑oriented, and capable of owning products from idea to production.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and launch scalable mobile applications from scratch with AI.
• Own the technical architecture from MVP to production-ready products.
• Develop both backend services and frontend components for rapid product shipping.
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and intelligent agents for enhanced user experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and founders to turn ideas into successful products.
• Make pragmatic technical choices aligned with WeWard's stack for maintainability.
