PayFit is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to balance reducing complexity with delivering new features. You will join the Integrations Squad, building customer‑centric analytics and diverse integrations in a SaaS payroll/HR platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data engineers to ship secure, high‑quality software. The role requires 5+ years in a full‑stack role with NodeJS/TypeScript, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a full-stack role with NodeJS & TypeScript.
• Hands-on background in a product context and SaaS, with strong software architecture understanding.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD practices.
• Ability to communicate with product managers, software engineers, and data engineers.
• Autonomous yet collaborative in an Agile/lean environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate closely with the team to make informed decisions and trade‑offs.
• Design and build valuable solutions for customers, challenge teammates, and embrace feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement within the squad.
• Participate in delivery and discovery phases of customer problems.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of the PayFit software (discover/design/build/operate/support).
• Ensure the product meets security and quality standards.
