PayFit España is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join our Integrations Squad. You will blend front-end and back-end work in a SaaS product, focusing on performance and customer-centric analytics.

You will collaborate with product managers, software engineers and data engineers in an international environment. You will engage in delivery and discovery, own parts of the product lifecycle, and help maintain high security and quality standards across the platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer in SaaS context.
Hands-on development experience in a product environment with strong software architecture knowledge.
Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus but not required.
Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development (TDD).

Responsabilités

Collaborate closely with the team to make informed decisions and understand trade-offs.
Design and build valuable solutions for customers, challenging teammates and embracing feedback.
Drive continuous improvement of the team and processes.
Be involved in both delivery and discovery phases of customer problems.
Contribute to the full lifecycle: discover/design/build/operate/support.
Ensure the product meets security and quality standards.
