PayFit, the payroll and HRIS SaaS company, seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Integrations Squad. Based in Spain or France, you will balance reducing complexity with delivering new features, focusing on performance and analytics for our customers.

You will work with Node.js and TypeScript in a product-led, international environment, contribute to delivery and discovery, and ensure security and quality across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-stack role with NodeJS/TypeScript.
• Experience in SaaS product context.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and TDD practices.
• Excellent communication with product, data engineers.

• Design and build valuable solutions for customers; challenge teammates.
