Would you like to work on a global-impact digital product, with a modern tech stack and a marketplace that empowers sellers worldwide?

At Oxigent Technologies, we’re hiring 2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers (Python + Vue 3/Nuxt) to lead an end-to-end project migrating critical functionalities from Salesforce into the sellers’ back-office and internal admin platforms.

You’ll be part of an international, highly skilled team — initially learning the business domain and platform architecture, and then taking full ownership of your project. A true technical challenge with direct impact on millions of sellers.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the PM, designer, EM, and business team to understand current Salesforce functionalities, identify pain points, and define migration requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, IT support, and the EM to evaluate integration needs, migrate data securely, and replicate/improve flows from Salesforce to our platform.
• Work with the BE and FE team to maintain standards, learn the architecture, and migrate automation tools to our stack.
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, maintainable code in Python, Vue 3, Nuxt, and Typescript.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of your solutions while following best practices in testing and clean code.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong backend skills in Python.
• Strong frontend skills in Vue 3 & Nuxt (one may dominate more than the other, but the pair should balance back/front responsibilities, ideally 60/40).
• Solid knowledge of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), asynchronous architectures, CI/CD, and monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Experience with distributed systems, data migration, and third-party integrations.
• Excellent English (C1), able to communicate clearly in an international team. Spanish B2 is a plus.
• Curious, proactive, humble, and highly collaborative mindset.
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, low-code development (Workato), or Go.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS environments.
