IXO Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to build complete applications with realistic architecture and engineering decisions for AI training.

You will connect Next.js interfaces and API routes with Redis and SQL data stores, and optimize data flow across frontend, cache, and database. The role requires at least five years of software experience, strong Next.js skills (SSR and API routes), Redis caching, and PostgreSQL/MySQL design and optimization.

What you will do

Required background

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Next.js skills including server-side rendering and API routes.
• Redis caching, sessions and realtime data; SQL schema design, relationships, queries and optimization in PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
• Ability to combine these components into production-quality applications, with Tailwind CSS experience.

Pay and engagement

$147/hr USD hourly compensation. The applicable rate and agreed work scope are confirmed before work begins.
