LaraBench in France is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and own features for a large-scale application built with Laravel on the backend and Next.js on the frontend.

You will optimize PostgreSQL workloads, migrate MongoDB components, and collaborate across DevOps to improve deployments, infrastructure, and performance while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Laravel and Next.js with production-grade web apps.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL.
• Experience migrating MongoDB components to PostgreSQL is a plus.
• Hands-on in Docker and Linux environments; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
