IXO Inc. seeks a remote developer to design and implement complete dashboards, management systems, workflows and data platforms from specification.

You will connect Next.js interfaces with Redis and SQL stores, ensure authentication and real-time behavior, and optimize frontend/backend flow with Tailwind CSS for responsive UIs. Remote work with flexible hours; compensation is $84 per hour USD, with scope defined before work begins.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Next.js skills including server-side rendering and API routes.
• Redis caching, sessions and realtime data; SQL schema design, relationships, queries and optimization in PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar.
• Ability to combine these components into production-quality applications, with Tailwind CSS experience.

What you will do
