Responsibilities :

  • As the dedicated representative for your client portfolio and revenue targets, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • NEW CLIENTS :
    • Analyze the needs and requirements of prospects to tailor a suitable and compelling offer
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • EXISTING CLIENTS :
    • Continuously assess the evolving needs of your existing clients, maintaining a deep understanding of their businesses and objectives.
    • Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects of your clients in collaboration with our project management team
    • Build up a relationship with your clients and stay in close contact with them by email, social media, phone, and on conferences and tradeshows

Requirements :

  • German native speaker
  • You have confirmed experience in Sales (at least 2 years experience in B2B)
  • Minimum University Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Successful track record of negotiation and closing deals quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-energy culture
  • Experience in selling services & software within e-commerce or tech markets is a plus
