What you will be doing:

• Deliver high-quality new features and improve existing ones for our clients via our online platforms.
• Be responsible for the full software development life cycle.
• Ensure high-quality design, code, and test reviews.
• Manage a local team of 5-7 members in the same location across multiple domains and product streams.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and lead a top-tier engineering team.
• Collaborate with tech leads or experts to develop your team members.
• Work with teams across the UK and France, sharing ideas and experiences to achieve team and business goals.
• Enforce best practices and guidance regarding design and application security.

What you need to be successful:

• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• At least 8 years of Full Stack Developer experience.
• Experience in people management, with hands-on technical skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to deliver software projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French & English.

Tech environment and skills required:

• Understanding of Software Engineering Principles: SOLID, design patterns, TDD, BDD, DDD, Enterprise Architecture.
• Expertise in API Engineering: security, deployment, monitoring, API Gateway, microservices.
• .NET Technologies: .NET Core 3.x to latest, Testing Frameworks, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• DevOps: CI/CD, Ansible, Octopus Deploy, Docker, Git.
• Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript (Angular, Vue, React).
• Experience working in Agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban).
