Aircall is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Workspace team in France, focusing on Frontend Architecture. You will evolve the frontend architecture into a platform with a monorepo of around 40 packages while ensuring seamless collaboration across distinct feature teams.

Your role includes defining coding standards, mentoring engineers, and implementing architectural patterns like Module Federation. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience with a strong foundation in React and TypeScript.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering focused on large-scale frontend architecture.
• Proven track record of decoupling monolithic applications.
• Experience with GraphQL architectures and API design at scale.
• Strong opinions about Micro-Frontends vs. Modular Monoliths.

Responsabilités

• Evolve Aircall's frontend architecture into a true platform.
• Design architecture for seamless collaboration between feature teams.
• Establish standards for frontend code across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and align stakeholders on technical vision.
