This role is within the team that designs and develops CSG Quote & Order, a cutting-edge order management (CPQ) and quoting platform. Built using the latest technology, our platform modernizes industries like telecommunications and banking.

About the role

Joining our team as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer you will collaborate with our cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize features/technology for our Salesforce App, which is part of the CSG Quote & Order product.

In your first 90 days, you’ll get comfortable with our system, join a squad, build strong relationships with the team, and kick off new feature development to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers.

What you'll do

1. Champion clean, efficient code by giving thoughtful PR feedback and holding the team to high standards.
2. Work creatively to solve real-world problems for customers around the world.
3. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into impactful, user-friendly UI/X.
4. Take ownership across our systems and contribute ideas to product design and architecture. Spot inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and keep everything running like clockwork.
5. Work with technology in Salesforce and our core platform REST APIs, and technologies such as Apache Kafka.
6. Mentor and inspire the team by sharing your expertise and helping others level up their skills.
7. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

1. Good Knowledge of building user-friendly UI/UX.
2. Good knowledge of modern CSS framework (i.e.: Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind).
3. The ability to communicate well, and work in a collaborative team environment.
4. Big bonus points if you’ve worked in Salesforce Application development and have experience with:
5. Salesforce Apex Programming.
6. Salesforce Object Query Language and Salesforce Object Search Language.
7. Salesforce Data Modelling and System Configuration.
